ABOUT ME

I'm a Los Angeles-based therapist who offers in-person sessions in Pasadena as well as telehealth services for California residents. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC San Diego and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles.

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory, which recognizes the significance of both conscious and unconscious influences. I believe understanding early life experiences is key to addressing the root causes of fears, struggles, and unhappiness. I'm skilled at identifying unconscious patterns that may be affecting your present experiences and relationships.

I tailor each client's healing journey to their unique needs, drawing from my training in trauma-informed relational therapy, attachment theory, psychoanalysis, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness practices. I also integrate creative approaches like dream analysis, guided imagination, archetypal psychology, shadow work, and art therapy.

Regardless of the specific approach, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore, heal, and grow. Together, we can help you break free from limiting patterns and move towards a life of authenticity and contentment.
