ABOUT ME

Hi there! I'm a psychodynamic therapist based in Los Angeles, offering in-person sessions in Pasadena or telehealth for anyone across California - whatever works best for you.

I completed my Bachelor's in Psychology at UC San Diego and my Master's in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University LA. My work centers on psychodynamic theory, which essentially means I help you uncover the hidden patterns—both conscious and unconscious—that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. It's like detective work for your inner world.

What I'm really passionate about is connecting the dots. Those unconscious patterns that are quietly influencing your relationships, your choices, and how you experience life? That's where the real shift happens. I'm here to help you bring them into the light.

In our work together, you can expect personalized attention that meets you where you are. There's no one-size-fits-all approach here—I tailor everything to your unique situation. I stay current with evidence-based practices and research because you deserve therapy that actually works. And most importantly, you'll have a genuinely safe, judgment-free space to explore whatever's on your mind. No censoring, no shame—just real conversation that leads to real growth.
